These terms cover your use of the DineOra website and ordering pages. By placing an order you agree to them.
When you order through DineOra you are buying food from the restaurant, not from us. The restaurant sets its prices, prepares your order and is responsible for it. We provide the page and the payment mechanism.
An order is accepted when the restaurant confirms it. If the restaurant cannot fulfil it, the payment is released and you are not charged. Preparation and delivery times are estimates given in good faith by the restaurant.
Menu descriptions and allergen information come from the restaurant. If you have an allergy, contact the restaurant directly before ordering. Do not rely on the description alone.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. DineOra adds no service fee, booking fee or markup to the price shown on the menu.
Because the restaurant sells to you directly, refunds and complaints about an order are handled by the restaurant. If you cannot reach them, contact us and we will help.
Do not use the service to place fraudulent orders, interfere with the site, or misuse another person's payment details.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
