For restaurants

Delivery, on
your terms

We do not run a delivery fleet and we never will, that is the business we are trying to get you out of. What we do is switch on whichever option suits how you already work.

A driver leaving a restaurant with an order
An order collected at the counter

Pickup costs you nothing

The simplest option and the one most restaurants start with. The diner orders ahead, pays, and collects at the counter. No driver to manage, no third party involved, and the full ticket stays with you.

An order ready to go out on the pass

Your own driver, unchanged

If you already have someone doing runs, they carry on exactly as they are. You set the area and what you charge, and the kitchen taps once to mark an order out for delivery. We add nothing on top of it.

A restaurant front in the evening

A courier when you need one

For the Friday you cannot cover. We dispatch a courier on your behalf at what it costs us plus a dollar, only on the orders you actually use one for. You can leave it switched off entirely, and most restaurants do.

Delivery settings on a tablet

You decide the rules

How far you will go, the smallest order you will take, what you charge, and which nights delivery is on at all. Turn it off for a quiet Tuesday and nobody can place a delivery order.

Questions we get

So you do not actually deliver?

Correct, and that is deliberate. Running a fleet is what makes the big apps expensive and it is not a business we want to be in. We give you three ways to get food to people and let you pick.

What does a courier cost?

Whatever the courier network charges for that trip, plus one dollar to us. You choose whether to pass it to the diner, absorb it, or split it. If you never turn couriers on, you never pay it.

Who does the diner call if delivery goes wrong?

You, because it is your restaurant’s name on the page and your relationship with that customer. We help you chase it, and we will tell you this plainly during setup rather than let you find out on a bad night.

Can I do pickup only?

Absolutely, and plenty do. Pickup is the default when you go live and you can leave it that way indefinitely.

Start with pickup, add the rest when you actually need it.
