This explains what we collect when you use DineOra, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email when you place an order
• A delivery address, if you are having food brought to you
• Your order history with a given restaurant
• Basic technical information such as device type and approximate location, where you allow it

We do not store your full card number. Payment details go directly to our payment processor.

Who sees it

The restaurant you ordered from receives your name, contact details and order so it can prepare and hand over your food. That information belongs to the restaurant as their customer record.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise other restaurants to you.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed to run the service and meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything wrong
• Ask us to delete your details
• Unsubscribe from any restaurant's messages using the link in them

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep your basket and your saved details working. We do not use advertising trackers.
