For restaurants

Your customers,
your list

Every order carries a name and a phone number. That list belongs to your restaurant, you can export it whenever you like, and you keep it on the day you leave.

A list that is actually yours

Not a dashboard we let you look at. A real export, in a spreadsheet, whenever you want it, including the day you cancel. We do not sell it, and we never market to your diners on our own behalf or on behalf of another restaurant.

Regulars talking at the counter

Tell people things yourself

Sunday roast is back. Closed for a wedding on the 14th. New pizza on Thursday. Send a message to the people who already order from you, without paying anyone for the privilege of reaching your own customers.

Every diner chooses

Order updates always go through. Anything else is opt-in, per restaurant, with a way out in every message. That is not just good manners, it is the difference between a list people read and a list people block.

See what is actually selling

Which dishes move, which nights are busy, who orders every week and who has not been back in two months. Enough to make a decision, without a reporting suite you will never open.

Straight answers

Questions we get

Do you sell my customer data?

No. We process it to run your ordering page and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it with other restaurants, or use it to advertise anything.

What happens to the list if I cancel?

You export it before you go, and we keep it available for 60 days afterwards in case you forget. Then we delete it.

Are there limits on messaging?

Practical ones. Text messages cost a few cents each and we pass that through at cost. The real limit is your diners’ patience, restaurants that message weekly get unsubscribed; ones that message monthly get orders.

Do I have to handle privacy law myself?

You are responsible for how you market to your own customers, and we give you the tools to do it properly, opt-in records, unsubscribe links, and an export you can act on. Worth a conversation with your accountant or lawyer if you plan to message often.

The list starts building from your first order, whether or not you ever message anyone.
